Dr (Ayu) Karthik Manohar

Dr. Karthik was born and brought up in the Bollywood city of Mumbai and has extensive experience as an Emergency Medical Officer in the television industry. He has worked in about 40 odd TV reality shows like the world famous Bigg Boss India, Masterchef and other travel shows like Roadies, Splitsvilla, and many more for six plus years.
Dr. Karthik has a Bachelors in Ayurvedic Medicine & Surgery (BAMS), making him a fully Qualified Practitioner and one of the very few BAMS degree holders in the UK. His Bachelors' study period of five and a half years covered both the Ayurvedic Science and the modern aspect of Medicine. He gained incisive knowledge of Ayurveda and Modern Medicine by working in various Ayurvedic and Modern Hospitals, Clinics and Civil Hospitals across Maharashtra, India.
His eclectic mix of Modern and Ayurvedic medicine knowledge, and gifted diagnosis ability set him apart from many and helped him in having a thriving career in the media industry; where he attended to the medical needs of Contestants and Celebrities, shooting in varied and challenging topographical conditions, ranging from deserts, jungles to high mountains. He is fondly known by the name of Dr Dude in the television circle.
Dr. Karthik is highly empathetic and compassionate, and this comes across in his caring communication, allowing the clients to make an instant connection with him and open up quickly during consultations. Hence most of his clients usually say a session with him in itself is healing and therapeutic.
He has relocated to Cambridge and continues to deepen his knowledge from Ayurvedic experts overseas in India. Having practised both modern and Ayurveda, he has more passion for restoring and maintaining health through holistic, non-invasive procedures that are personalised and fully natural.
Dr. Karthik teamed up with Kalai who has a shared passion for Holistic Human wellness and Co-founded Sukhaatma to help individuals around the world lead a wholesome abundant life.
